Will I have to pay any taxes and/or duties?

No you won't. The price you see is what you pay. Your order ships DDP (delivery duties paid) to the countries listed below. 

What countries do you ship to?

Due to unfair predatory practices of EU countries in terms of custom duties and taxes we have decided to stop shipping to that region. Otherwise we would have to increase the prices to the region by 30% and we are not going to do so.

Australia , Bahrain , Canada, Hong Kong SAR China , Indonesia , Israel, Japan, Kuwait*, Malaysia , New Zealand , Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, U.S. Outlying Islands, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

From our Hong Kong warehouse.

How long does it take to ship to my country?

We use the best available international door-to-door service couriers to ship to your destination. Estimated delivery can vary from 3 to 10 days depending on the destination.

Can I return my watch if I don't like it?

As long as your watch doesn't have visible cues of having been worn, you can return it within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund.

What is the warranty on my watch?

ROSCHENBOLD watches are protected by an International Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Please visit this section for more information.
